LOCATION:  Little Cataraqui Conservation Area

DATE: October 20, 2023.

EVENTS: Registration—8:20am – 8:40am

                Coaches’ Meeting—8:45am

                8:50am PARA Race

                9:20am Novice Girls

                10:00am Novice Boys

                10:40am Junior Girls

                11:20am Junior Boys

                12:00pm Senior Girls

                12:40 pm Senior Boys

COURSE: The course should be the same as 2022. If there are any changes they will sent out and clarified at the coaches’ meeting.

ENTRY INFORMATION: Entry fee is $8.00 per runner. Cheques may be made payable to Sydenham High School. Entries are to be done on trackie. They should be completed by Tuesday Oct. 17, 2023 at 4pm.

SCORING: The top 4 runners per team score by adding their finishing position in the race. A tie is broken with the 4^th place runner’s position.

In each event the top 6 teams will receive points as follows towards the overall Championship trophy.

1^st – 12pts, 2^nd – 8pts, 3^rd – 6pts, 4^th – 4pts, 5^th – 2pts, 6^th – 1pt

AWARDS: Individual and team awards will be available after official results for each race are at the awards table. Medals will be presented to the 1^st place individual and 1^st place team (max. 5 runners) in each race. Ribbons will be presented to 2^nd – 6^th place individuals and teams (max. 5 runners).

The Team Championship trophy will be presented at the end of the meet.
