What a great Field Hockey season KASSAA had this year. The games were competitive and fun to watch throughout the year. This years playoffs were so good. We had a Sydenham vs Frontenac go into overtime with Frontenac scoring with less then 10 secs. left in the game to advance to the KASSAA championships against two time defending Champions Holy Cross Crusaders who defeated Kingston Secondary School in a competitive semi final game. The rain didn’t stop the KASSAA Field Hockey Championships at Caraco field. Both teams used their speed and demonstrated great stick handling throughout the game. In the end Holy Cross defeated Frontenac Falcons 4-1 and are now a KASSAA three peat Field Hockey champions. Well deserved!

GOOD LUCK TO THE HOLY CROSS CRUSADERS AND THE FRONTENAC FALCONS AS THEY REPRESENT EOSSAA AT THIS YEARS OFSAA CHAMPIONSHIPS. The OFSAA championships will be held in Milton Ontario from Nov 2-4.
